Draft of 28 October 2026

Draft, not legal advice. This lists what the ARENA site actually stores today. Have it reviewed (for the EU: against the GDPR) before launch, and fill in the highlighted parts.

Who is responsible

[name of the person or company], [address], [email address].

What we store, and why

The Season 1 waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store the email address or Solana wallet address you enter, the time you signed up, and the country your connection came from (Cloudflare tells us this; we don’t store your IP address). We use it only to tell you when Season 1 opens. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Coins you launch

When you launch a coin we store its name, ticker, picture and description, your wallet address as its creator, and the launch time. These are public on purpose: they appear on the coin’s page and, through the blockchain, everywhere. Legal basis: providing the service you asked for.

Your connected wallet

When you connect a wallet, the site uses its public address to show your standing, balance and creator fees. We look this up when you ask and do not store it. ARENA never sees your private key or seed phrase.

In your browser

The site remembers your light or dark choice in your browser’s local storage. ARENA uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

The blockchain is public

Everything you do on Solana (launches, trades, balances) is recorded publicly and permanently by the network, not by ARENA. Nobody, including us, can delete it.

Services that see your connection

Some of these companies are outside the EU. [Transfer safeguards, after legal review]

How long

Waitlist entries are deleted [e.g. 3 months] after Season 1 opens, or earlier if you ask. Coin records stay as long as the coin is listed on ARENA.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we store about you, and you can object or withdraw consent. Write to [email address]. If you’re unhappy with our answer you can complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
